Every item purchased from LTG Technology, is fully guaranteed to be free from manufacturer's defect and workmanship. Should you not be 100% satisfied with an XtraDisktm product, we will fully refund the purchase price (less shipping and handling charges), or replace the item at the purchaser's request, within 30 days of the purchase date. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us. To use our 30 day money-back return policy, please contact us via E-mail for a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. The returned piece must be shipped in the original packaging, must include all original parts, and must have a RMA # clearly written on the outside. All returns must have the freight pre-paid and shipped directly to LTG Technology. Upon receipt of the product in excellent condition, we will happily credit your account.
All shipments should be examined for any breakage upon delivery. Breakage is the responsibility of the carrier (United States Postal Service, UPS, FedEx). LTG Technology can not refund the purchase price for items that are damaged in shipment.
Please note: This money-back guarantee is not the same as the product warranty. Product warranties for our new products are a minimum of 1 year & many of hard drives come with factory-direct 3 year warranties. Please see the FAQs or product description for warranty information.
